Shipping & returns.

We ship across the United States. If you are outside the US and would like Gloria de México, write to us at info@gloriademexico.com and we will tell you what is possible.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Yes. Unopened, sealed pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email info@gloriademexico.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives.

Send a photo to info@gloriademexico.com within 7 days of delivery along with your order number. We will replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer. There is no need to send anything back.

Wholesale, retail and food service orders are handled separately from the online shop. Tell us about your business on the wholesale page and we will come back to you within 2 business days.
