Chiles are cleaned, cooked and prepared using traditional methods that preserve depth of flavor.

  3. Cooked chiles ground in a stone mortar

    Blending & puréeing

Each batch is blended to a smooth, consistent texture. No chunks, no seeds, no waste.

  4. A finished Ancho pouch on a kitchen counter

    Quality control

FDA approved. No artificial coloring. No additives. Just chile.

  5. Chipotle, Ancho and Guajillo pouches ready to ship
